We check the driver's licence, insurance and the vehicle's condition before a route is assigned. We plan realistic timings and make sure your driver is well rested.
Your chauffeur receives only the information your journey requires. Names, routes, photographs and conversations are never shared.
Every detail is confirmed in writing. Wherever it is permitted, your driver aims to arrive 10–15 minutes early — and there is always a contingency plan for the unexpected.
We ask about luggage, passengers and any special requirements in advance. Temperature, music and the level of conversation are set to your preferences.
The vehicle is immaculate inside and out, presentation is agreed in advance and communication is courteous. Your chauffeur already knows the route and pickup instructions.

How much is executive chauffeur hire in London?+
Business / Family Class journeys start from £50 with the first 15 minutes included, then £1.45 per minute and £3.95 per mile; First Class journeys from £100 and Jet Class from £100, each including the first 25 minutes and 5 miles, then additional time from £2.45 per minute and distance from £6.95 (First) or £7.45 (Jet) per mile. Your complete journey price is confirmed before booking.
Do you offer direct billing for companies?+
Yes. We offer monthly account facilities for corporate clients, EAs and PAs. A single WhatsApp line handles bookings for your entire team, and invoices are consolidated monthly.
Can I book last minute for a meeting or roadshow?+
Yes. Same-day and last-minute executive bookings are welcomed subject to availability — WhatsApp is the fastest way to confirm.
Are your chauffeurs suited and discreet?+
Every chauffeur is authorized by Transport for London, enhanced DBS-checked, professionally suited, and trained in executive and VIP travel etiquette. Client names and itineraries are never shared.
