Six standards govern every booking we accept — checked, confirmed and delivered, not promised.
We check the driver's licence, insurance and the vehicle's condition before a route is assigned. We plan realistic timings and make sure your driver is well rested.
Your chauffeur receives only the information your journey requires. Names, routes, photographs and conversations are never shared.
Every detail is confirmed in writing. Wherever it is permitted, your driver aims to arrive 10–15 minutes early — and there is always a contingency plan for the unexpected.
We ask about luggage, passengers and any special requirements in advance. Temperature, music and the level of conversation are set to your preferences.
The vehicle is immaculate inside and out, presentation is agreed in advance and communication is courteous. Your chauffeur already knows the route and pickup instructions.
Price, inclusions, waiting time and any possible additional charges are agreed in writing. If we get something wrong, we acknowledge it and propose a specific solution.

What is the minimum booking?+
Two hours. Business / Family Class journeys from £50, first 15 minutes included; then £1.45 per minute and £3.95 per mile, with lower chauffeur-time rates for longer bookings. Your complete price is confirmed before booking. Longer bookings move on to our half day and full day options.
Is the same chauffeur with me throughout?+
Yes. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, so nothing has to be explained twice.
Can I change my plans during the booking?+
Of course. Add stops, extend the time or change the destination as the day develops. Your chauffeur adapts.
Is waiting time charged separately?+
No. Waiting between stops is included within your booked hours.
