Six standards govern every booking we accept — checked, confirmed and delivered, not promised.
We check the driver's licence, insurance and the vehicle's condition before a route is assigned. We plan realistic timings and make sure your driver is well rested.
Your chauffeur receives only the information your journey requires. Names, routes, photographs and conversations are never shared.
Every detail is confirmed in writing. Wherever it is permitted, your driver aims to arrive 10–15 minutes early — and there is always a contingency plan for the unexpected.
We ask about luggage, passengers and any special requirements in advance. Temperature, music and the level of conversation are set to your preferences.
The vehicle is immaculate inside and out, presentation is agreed in advance and communication is courteous. Your chauffeur already knows the route and pickup instructions.
Price, inclusions, waiting time and any possible additional charges are agreed in writing. If we get something wrong, we acknowledge it and propose a specific solution.
